Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached. 
To initiate a return, email us at support@purekiddo.com with your order number and reason. 
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. 
Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
